Larry not only enjoys working with developers and investors, who have given him experience in transactions involving commercial shopping centers, apartment buildings and center city office buildings, but individual homeowners, who purchase or refinance their home or investment properties.
Larry left the Law Firm field in 1994 to open his own practice, and handle Real Estate closings in center city Philadelphia. Larry believes his company provides the best in customer service, without nickel and diming his customers. There is no Out of Office fee as most title companies charge, and often times, refinances are handled at the borrowers home and in the evening. Again, at no extra charge.
